Parts fitted are assigned to the machine. It stays traceable what went into which unit – and the parts cost lands where it belongs: in the cost of the machine, and therefore in the project calculation.
Operating hours instead of estimates
Operating hours are recorded per machine and assigned to the site where they occurred. "What did the excavator do in May?" becomes a report instead of a debate.
The basis for post-calculation
Because every machine hour knows its site, machine costs can be allocated to projects accurately. This is exactly the figure that classic trade software cannot produce at all.
