Because it lives in the system rather than in someone’s memory, it remains available when exactly that person is out. As parallel sites multiply, this is the point where shouted instructions stop working.
Qualifications are taken into account
Because authorisations are stored on the employee, it is visible during assignment who is even allowed to operate a given machine.
